In order to properly plan the event, we need a confirmed headcount which means we kindly ask for you to RSVP you and your friend to confirm that you both plan to attend the event.

If you RSVP your friend and they do not show up to the event, the credit card on file for the original purchase will be charged an additional $97 no-show fee after the completion of the event.

So please be sure you BOTH plan on attending in person! If you need to make a change prior to the event, please contact us by August 20th at [email protected].

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to 100% confirm with your friend that they are attending before RSVP’ing you and your friend. Once you know for sure, please come back to this survey and fill in the form below for both of you.

When you RSVP your friend, they will receive an email from our system confirming they are registered with the details of the event.
